Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with full access, no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account becomes view-and-export only until you subscribe, so you never lose what you've captured.
What counts as a seat?
One person on your account. As the owner you set an approved seat count and invite teammates up to it — and you're billed only for the seats that are actually filled.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual works out to two months free versus paying monthly. You can start on either and switch later.
Where do I pay, and can I cancel anytime?
Billing is managed on the web dashboard. You can cancel anytime there — your plan stays active through the period you've already paid for, then stops renewing.
Do the volume discounts need a different plan?
No. There's one plan — the lower per-seat rates apply automatically as your seat count crosses 11 and 21 seats. Nothing to upgrade or request.
